Principal: Quality Control

Started Coastlines Enterprise with his wife, Shelsea Pagliarulo. Coastlines Enterprise eventually evolved into DS Jordan Construction Inc where Dave ran high end restaurant buildouts and interior fit outs in San Diego, California. After 10 years of turning over many restaurants and high end homes, Dave and Shelsea decided to move to Miami Florida where they continued to deliver great experiences and keep repeat clients.

Shelsea manages the accounting and financial aspect. In addition to managing the financials, Shelsea oversees all contracts, insurance and administrative processes that are implemented throughout the company.

General Superintendent

Ken has been with DS Jordan for over 20 years now. Ken has been there since day 1, and has delivered projects ranging from 5 Star restaurants, bowling alleys, high end custom homes, and hotel lobbies. Ken is the backbone to the field operations and is always making sure the client has the best experience possible.

Together, Dave, Nick and Shelsea have increased their staff size to 15 people and created a dynamic relationship, combining Dave’s attention to quality and detail with Nick’s ability to push for project deadlines, cost impact, and clear communications between the clients and the vendor’s.
